First you need to install the Google Sheet Add-on KPIBees. Follow these easy steps:

STEP 1

Go to the KPIBees Gsuite Marketplace listing and install the Google Sheets Add-on.

STEP 2

Grant access to KPIBees on your Google account – we are GDPR compliant!

STEP 3

Open any google spreadsheet and go to Add-ons in the page menu and click on Launch.

The first type of Youtube query that you can import to Google Sheets is called Youtube Video Analytics (Videos). You simply need to input the ids of the youtube videos you want to import, for example video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zfycY8hNNiU has ID=zfycY8hNNiU. After you’ve added the videos that you are interested in, you need to select the Fields that you are interested, like title, thumbnail, number of likes and so on. Then you can created the query.

Youtube Channel Analytics

Another way to analyze Youtube content is with the Youtube Channel Analytics option (Channels). You need to input Youtube channel ids. For example, the KPIBees channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCC3HmpFen0McyRNoOzFFazA/) has ID=UCC3HmpFen0McyRNoOzFFazA. After you’ve added the desired channels, you can press the Create Query button.

Once you’ve create your Youtube Analytics queries, you can set automatic refresh times so that you always get the latest stats on the Youtube content you are following. To add a refresh trigger, simply go to the “Notifications & data refresh” menu!

Whenever a refresh is performed, KPIBees can also send an email or slack notifications with the refreshed data in pdf format.
