In order to use KPIBees, the Customer needs to be at least 18 years old and have the permission to share data with Us. KPIBees only contracts will Customers that are businesses or self-employed, it does not contract with consumers.
You may choose our free Service or paid subscription Service, which automatically renews at the end of your billing period (“Premium”), depending on your needs. We do not guarantee when, if ever, Premium features will be available in the free Service. You can upgrade from free Service to Premium at any time by following instructions on our price page https://kpibees.com/pricing/ (“Pricing”). KPIBees reserves the right to remove features from the free package and to make them part of Premium ones.
When a free trial of Premium is offered, you will have access to all Premium features. After the free trial period, if you choose not to upgrade to Premium, features available to you will be limited to free Service. You will be charged with the amount shown on Pricing before you can access Premium. All prices shown on Pricing are inclusive of any applicable sales taxes, levies, value-added taxes, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you are responsible for the forwarding/remittance of all such taxes, levies, or duties (except for E.U. Customers, where the Euro pricing includes mandatory E.U. VAT charges).
BY PURCHASING PREMIUM YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO OUR REFUND POLICY: NO refunds are possible.
The monthly or annual fee will be charged to you in advance, to the credit card you provided upon enrollment in the plan. KPIBees reserves the right to change its price list and to institute new charges at any time. If you are an existing customer and we change prices, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change is to take effect for your next billing cycle. Your use of the Services following such notification constitutes your acceptance of any new or increased charges.

KPIBees makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

KPIBees shall NOT be liable to any damages incurred to the Customer, under no circumstance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but all fees are non-refundable. Under no circumstance will KPIBees provide a refund to the Customers.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the residing city of KPIBees.
